There are No refunds on physical products. We will offer only credit in the amount of the returned item once it has been shipped back to Fancy Creation in original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

If the company is liable, a return label will be submitted, but if the customer is liable, you must pay for the shipping to return the item. You have 7 days from the date of delivery for all returns. All items must be returned in original packaging. Items sent without notice will not be accepted for a return.
 

Due to the nature of sublimation printing, slight variations and minor imperfections may occur. Sublimation is a heat-transfer process where ink permanently bonds with materials such as shirts, cups, and other substrates. Because of this process, small inconsistencies are considered normal and do not affect the overall quality or wear of the item.
