The casket panel insert design is fully customizable choose a header or add your own in the personalization field before checking out.

Our standard Casket Panel inserts measure standard size. Since casket styles and sizes vary, we ask that you get correct measurements from the funeral home or the company where the casket is purchased from. Please let us know if you need another size. We are NOT responsible for casket inserts that are the wrong size. No refunds or exchanges.

• Once you provide your approval, no changes can be made.
• 2 revisions MAX - additional revisions are $10 each
